you can also open developer options on the samsung and cut the animations in half or delete them all together. Everything becomes almost instant. I can imagine it would be stellar on these new devices as well. Great video!

8 gen 1 is also an almost year processor. 8 gen 1+ is the same processor made on different fabrication. Cores are exactly the same of 8 gen 1. 8 gen 2 is going to be the new processor of this year. You can use the 100% of chipset capacity, when you doesn't need to buy a new phone after 2-3 years.. Currently the CPU/GPU capacity is ridiculously high it's close to the laptops for every mobile. Please don't buy any Samsung Flip mobile... My Flip phone display was seen with multiple lines in the folding area and also had Green based multiple colors in 10 months use... After replacing with the new one, once again the problem has occurred within 5 months ... Further I decided not to go for replacement of display as it's costing more than Rs 30k... My old LG V20, still in use for my networked home theater, has more user accessible dev options than the Z Fold 4. And a hifi quad DAC, with high def audio recording via stereo mics, SD card expansion, headphone jack and removable battery.. Samsung locked too many of those options to their own UI. Including music, audio codecs, different bitrates and hifi. Things the V20 did natively. Still, it's nice to have some control.

A15 is amazing chip but 8+G1 is technically a generational superior chip. Apple cannot rely on old technology and superior design for eternity. A15 still uses ARMv8 and LPDDR4x RAM. They also use slightly older 2nd Gen 5nm fabrication process compared to 3rd Gen on Android aka 4nm. Eventually the competition will catch up. A15 was kinda a stop gap chip. Maximizing performance for 5-6W maximum power delivery to the chip. Android phones caught up to Apple in GPU with unlocked architecture going even in some cases above 10W.

Haven't you spec heads figured out the importance of software optimization yet? Lol😂 Google is focusing on Software optimization more and more also which is why the Pixel 7/7Pro specs look the 6 series. These Android OEMs are following Apple's example more than ever and I ❤️ IT👍🏽

@@jevonsims900 Yeah but software capability and optimization can get you so long with an older hardware. And that's a problem because every time when a company releases a new hardware the software gets more room to expand. That's why it is important that Apple has the latest and greatest once again as they usually do. I can't remember the last time when Apple was technologically behind in SoC. The Android world is still behind but it won't be for long. Sd8+G1 has already reached A14 level of CPU performance and in terms of GPU and maybe even NPU they already reached parity(although granted with much higher TDP)
