I love these lockdown munchies episodes. They've inspired me to look more closely at what I have in the fridge and not waste things. The other day I had some leftover rice and a couple of those jalapeno cheddar brats. So, I sliced those up and threw it in with the rice, added some salsa, heat it and mixed it up. Bam, makeshift jambalaya(kind of lol). Then a different time I had some leftover spaghetti and meat sauce, so I put it in a square pan, scrambled some raw eggs and put that on top, then some cheese on top, baked it and made like a casserole type thing, kind of how you did yours, but not as good lol. Thanks for the inpiration!
