-Reaches in 5 slices and grabs from the middle of the loaf. Shit so I ain't the only one..... And I make pizza's in a skillet with a tortilla too, but I use 2, one on the bottom as the crust with a layer of cheese on top and another tortilla on top of that with the sauce and toppings. The bottom gets crispy and the top one stays chewy and then you broil it in the oven for 4-5 minutes to finish it off.

Excellent! And I’m about to munch out on the EFFIN’ BEST homemade soup - MEXICAN-AMERICAN SOUP: add ~2 T peanut oil to a soup pot. Heat oil to Med-Hi and throw in 1 bay leaf. To a big mixing bowl add: 1 drained 15-oz can of yellow hominy, 1 large red onion in large dice, 2 large serranos, diced, deseeded or not, and 8 chunked, skinless bun-length Nathan’s hot dogs, each yielding 5-6 chunks. Add to pot and mix to coat with oil. Cook ~6-8 min, then sprinkle over 2 t cumin, 1/2 t chipotle chili and ~1_1/4 t kosher salt. Make sure the spices are well-distributed and cook them a minute or so. When they smell great, add 2 c chicken stock - preferably homemade, easy to do when you get a store-bought rotisserie chicken: just throw the carcass into a pot with water to cover, 2-3 dried bay leaves, and ~15-20ish black peppercorns, then bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and let the liquid reduce and intensify as much as you like. I usually let the liquid go for easily 8-12 hours, refilling with more water a couple of times. - and half of a 16-oz jar of Herdez Guacamole Salsa. Stir everything together, bring to a boil, then lower heat to Med-Lo. Add 3 corn tortillas cut or torn in pieces and let them thicken the soup. When the tortillas have completely dissolved, take the pot off the heat and add ~2/3-3/4 of an 8-oz tub of sour cream, adding the rest to taste. Fill a bowl and enjoy!

We eat tomato sandwiches here in the South. Plain old white bread, sliced homegrown tomatoes, salt, Hellman’s or Dukes mayo on both sides, slap the top on it, cut it, and devour it.

Tomato chips sandwich was an always during summer at home in Ga. Especially summer when you had fresh tomatoes from the garden.

When I was a kid we had a garden and when we go the tomatoes my FAV thing was just a tomato sammich on some soft white bread...bread tomato mayo salt and pepper. It was amazing. I've never thought to add chips but I'm betting it's amazing

Bologna and cheese sandwiches with barbeque chips on it is a camping staple. The press down to crunch the chips is the BEST.
