Fantastic project and a great idea. My grandfather was born in Cordoba. Everyone else, including myself, born in Buenos Aires. Keep persevering with this project until you're finished. Definitely a huge undertaking not only in restoration, but working with local the municipality on permits and getting the basics in hospitality management. Hopefully, you folks are working with a trustworthy commercial contractor that has worked in the hotel industry to help you in the effort and prioritize . Amazon Prime series "Hotel Impossible " comes to mind. Best of luck and very honorable to bring back the family legacy .

I would love to come and stay there for a vacation hopefully your up and running in 2 years. I will be living in Hungary full time as you may have guessed. I do have family here, and none left in Canada anymore since my parents passed away. I may go visit friends in a few years in Canada but don't have any plans to go back there since I don't have anything there anymore. Oh to be young again like you two, I have been watching your videos for a few years now, you two our one of the few channels I watch, I love your energy and honesty and less scripted than others I love that

It's a great project. With this you are definitely going to complete the generational circle. I started watching your videos to learn more about Canada and see if we could emigrate. I left that aside because of lack if means, age and professions. My mother's grandfather also owned a hotel in Huerta Grande, Córdoba, which unfortunately was sold.
