I've been to all the places in your video. The only things wasn't added was the Thean Hou Chinese Temple (great place to go for sunset) and Jamek Mosque. Putrajaya is outside KL and worth seeing for 2 hours as it was along the way to the airport. I agree about Batu Caves regarding getting there in the morning and you have to climb 300 steps to get to the top where the caves are. The Bird Park and Botanical Gardens is nice for a walk around and yes those peacocks were great. Petronas Towers was good and KLCC Park at night with the fountain displays are amazing. Merdeka Square is mainly historical with the tallest flagpole there. Chinatown is bustling at night and Central Market is close by and should be done during the day. Did like Little India and food was good. KL Tower had great views at the top. The National Mosque is nice and yes you are right that non-muslims can only go into the mosque outside prayer times - best time probably be in the morning before midday or 2.30pm-3.30pm I guess (I'm a British Muslim). Jalan Alor in Bukit Bitang is bustling at night - we went through this at night but didn't bother to eat there as most of the food were mainly Chinese and I'm not really a fan of Chinese food as such. Honestly I preferred KL over Singapore even though Singapore is incredibly modern and beautiful. Anyway this was a very informative video - well done!!

I love watching your videos. The camera work is great and it is fun watching you enjoy all that food. The best food videos are the ones where you actually mention the ingredients including specifics about the seasonings. So those of us who know what the various seasonings taste like, can get a better idea of what the food you are eating must taste like, in addition to "good" or "spicy" or "sweet". When you can't find out what is in the dishes, would you at least put the correct spelling of the name of the dish either in the video or in the "Show More" section so we can further research recipes for that dish? That would be fantastic.
@samuelandaudrey7 жыл бұрын
Thank you! That is a fantastic suggestion. We'll try to do better research about the ingredients and to mention them in the video and the description box as well :)

@JimmyLager7 жыл бұрын
Probably the same as the last couple of times I think, shopping, eating, relaxing, walking around in the city, and do some more shopping. :) This time we have our two children with us and also my father in law and his partner. Will stay for 5 days then go to Bali for 10 days, and then backa again to KL for another 5 days before we go back home to Sweden. However, I've decided to try out some places that we haven't had the time to explore before such as Kampung Baru and the Central market.

Love your vlogs. Just a suggestion, perhaps you can actually put a text on your 25 things to do, like the number and the name of the place so we won't get confused. I find that there is no clear separation between the places in the video, it'll be much easier to see the video with the written explanation. Thanks
@samuelandaudrey7 жыл бұрын
Thanks! That is a great suggestion. We used to do that but then kind of got a bit lazy. We'll have to start putting up text again. One thing we have been doing though is putting the time of each attraction in the description box below.
