The course cost 15k!!! Noooo, it defeats the purpose of “helping people”. Ok if the course was a few hundred understandable, but 15k ridiculous. That is total greed, he is helping his pocket! That’s really sad and disappointing. How would the average joe afford that?? Totally deflated.

How he trashes Universities undermines his argument! He should champion a University education but say diversifying in property education will focus the mind on that particular sector. £15k is a hideous sum for a course, reduce this to £1000-1500 and you might get some credence and many many more clients? Wake up Samuel!!!

@@butzee if you actually look at the website there isn’t any courses for £15,000, that’s the total sum of every course available on the website. One course is around £1000 and lasts for about 4 weeks, which is significantly cheaper than what a lot of other investors such as Sir Alan Sugar charge, which is about £5000 for an hour lol. The information you’re gaining from the training is worth a lot more than £15,000 anyway

@@samthemanwholikesham I've been to the free course and paid for a course through him, no need to preach to me. The paid course was like one big pitch for the academy "course" but only a "select" few are chosen for that one. I.e the people that they knew had money.. I know people in the academy that as not very happy with the service

@@samthemanwholikesham to be fair I've been to the free property course, it was a great mind opener to the possibilities. I then paid for a course for a percentage of Samuel's course. Was overloaded with information in a room of about 7 people, well worth the money, but would I go back to Samuel's course? Yes. Why? 1,000+ people to Joint Venture with and sell deals to. Simple. Get the knowledge however you do it, then go network. You will achieve absolutely nothing on your ass. But don't overpay for free info. But I recommend paying for at least one course with someone, not because of the strategies, but a major thing that everything oversees ... The LEGALS!

MRJME you will hardly/never pay for uni anyway. If you don’t earn over 25k a year you won’t pay a penny of it however if you go over you only pay like £40 a month which is hardly anything for invaluable information and knowledge that will help you more than going on a course

This interview really resonated with me. I was studying Aerospace Engineering at university and was supposed to be starting my final year this month but I knew it was something I really didn't want to do, I hate the course and not enjoying the lifestyle. I've decided to leave and I am getting everyone telling me I have made the wrong decision, telling me all the risks of not finishing my degree, so I will be taking the advice of limiting my time with those people or cutting them out altogether, booked on to the crash course and I can't wait to come along. Thanks for another great video!

I felt the same when i was finishing uni in june, i didnt really wanna do anything in science after getting the degree i lost the passion for it. But it's always something to have in your back pocket. Consider doing property investing and uni at the same time.

Hey there Samual, Congrats on your property success. I have just moved to the UK (South West). I have £480,000 cash in the bank from the sale of my home overseas. I have no job and no credit record in the UK. My accommodation and living costs are covered by rental income from another property I have overseas.
