I hope someone like you Mr. Leeds here in the Philippines can change our poor people's lives. God bless with your mission to change some people's lives better in your country. I am just dismayed with most people there whom you offered a mystery box for a measly 5 pounds. They even make fun of you. I guess its very different in UK. I wanted to make my BRRRR model work. I bought house cheap, refurbished it, rented it out....but when it came to refinancing it, here in Ireland, all the lenders and banks said that i need to have official job with official income in order to get equity release and only then get "buy to let" mortgage for buying another property. Since i am working for myself and not for other company i don`t have income coming through PAYE. Hence i am stuck in this situation. So my big question is HOW LENDERS IN UK REFINANCE YOUR deal if you are not officially employed? Do they ask you for official income proof ? Or they can just refinance your property without it? Can somebody help with that?

Hi Samuel. I was wondering if I could have some advice. I have saved £80,000 over the years of hardworking. What is the best way to get into in property market? Either buy low and sell? Don't bother because you'll just become another exploiter. Invest your money in ethical companies or charities and do something to help people instead of exploiting them.

@@gr8deals2do We don't need landlords. They don't add value to society. It's not about individual landlords being nice or nasty people. It's the system that is expoitative. Anyone with enough capital can get a buy-to-let and then sit on their arse while someone else pays their mortgage. If you don't think that's fucked up then you haven't done enough critical thinking about the housing system. Remember that it's a system by design, there's nothing natural about it. We need more social and community owned housing and less private rentals. The current situation is untenable and unsustainable, wouldn't you agree?

BRRR. Find properties through auction, rightmove etc. refurbish them and refinance (interest only) to pull out most/all of your money. Then rent it out and that will cover your mortgage and then some

Fantastic! Really inspiring. Myself and the Mrs are booked onto the HMO Bootcamp and SA Intensive in October and are super excited. But my long term goal is certainly the B2RR model. A question I have... Once he has refinanced, the rental would have to cover the mortgage payments. Am I correct that this would need to be an interest only mortgage? (I assume it makes the most sense to use an interest only mortgage) Is he along with his investors, keeping all the properties and renting them out or are some of them flips? Yes will be on the interest only . However it needs to be a really good deal house otherwise the numbers will not add up and you end up paying interest only which is high and will go higher and will be paid from rent and you might risk not saving anything as you must pay tax etc
