Ieyasu, Hideyoshi and maybe Tadakatsu should have aged at the very least, given their relevance to the plot. I really miss their distinctive headgear more than anything else really. Others like Katsuie are generally fine retaining the same appearance.

Samurai Warriors 5 is too idolised, with major historical figures becoming young people exposing their muscles. While the story is more detailed, some parts contradict history too significantly, like Katsuie in Azai Army, even a Honnoji without Ranmaru!

Obviously, adult versions of Ieyasu and Hideyoshi will come in 5-II or even 6 Also the Mitsuhide cutscene where he grabs the weapons makes me think about how cool a first-person Warriors game would be.

@@Xaldin007 they should definitely remake that, the game had such good ideas even though it was a little flawed. But after their shitshows in recent years, not sure if koei can make competent games anymore.

Mature Mitsuhide with the katana moveset only changes how his ex attacks look, his ice attack is darker than his younger counterpart. Same with the blade & matchlock but more brighter for young Mitsuhide. Also, the musou doesn’t change if you use the katana with mature Mitsuhide, it just defaults to the blade and matchlock musou. You know what would be cool? If we have a stage for the Takeda if shingen was actually alive. That would have been a very cool stage and I would love to see how this shingen tries to beat nobunaga’s strategy with the muskets. But we didn’t… I guess it’s not in the budget much like “Ane-river river” for the Azai-asakura side

I know this kinda late but... This is the worst Nagashino ever. They should have shoot the Takeda troops or auto-kill, but not here at all and we have to kill them one by one. I think it's still better to stage in Samurai Warrior 4, even though I don't really like the shape of the map Nagashino in Samurai Warrior 4 which is too small, but at least it's still good by making Takeda troops to die but I don't really remember. That's just my opinion and at least add a cutscene where Takeda's troops are shot dead one by one. I think the current warrior games lack additional cutscenes. I like the Nagashino map in Samurai Warrior 5 it's pretty big, but unfortunately this failed to excited me.

Why even have Katsuyori in the game if you have the Not-Shingen there? How do you manage to ruin Nagashino? This game is incredible for all the wrong reasons.

Nobunaga`s older now and Ieysu`s oldest daughter and second child over all Kame-hime was married to Nagashino`s comander Okudaira Nobumasa they should have made Ieyasu older he probably had grandkids by the time of Nagashino Ieyasu was 32 years old and he still looks like a kid it`s not credible plus Nobutatsu Ichijo did not servive Nagashino like in the stage he was killed plus Shingen was long dead during Nagashino he was shot at Noda castle and died from his wounds and allso apart from his wounds at Noda Shingen lost a couple of his teeth because he got abscess when he was shot it was a complication

Migatahara took place in 1573 while Nagashino happen on 1575. Shigen literally shortly after Migatahara over.
