SW1 version is just a beautiful classic, none of the others compare tbh. A beautiful melody, with also some darker side that sorta shows Nagamasa's confliction and Oichi's sadness.

Anegawa in itself is the perfection of soundtracks from the whole game imo The battle is just so dramatic and sad Kinda like when you see Yi Ling going on and you know this is not going to end good...

The SW1 song makes me feel moody calm to see tragic emotional decision making in gloomy scene of Nagamasa and Oichi before battle start.

It has songs from both games I believe since you can pick your track before each fight, still got the game knocking about might play later, will let you know if i get round to it dude. I do remember it having the original Kawanakajima and Osaka castle themes

The original is best, Nostalgia in a hand basket... The bassline synthesizer they used in the second one is kinda cheesy. So, SW1>SW3>SW2

Shingen Takeda isn't Yukimura's father, and no, what you're talking about is Mikatagahara, this one is for the battle between Nobunaga Oda and Nagamasa Azai (Oichi's husband)

I would say that they're both different genres. While DW's OST is known for their hard rock, SW's OST is full of techno.

+Daniel Player What you tell is utterly crap. Samurai Warriors 3 has some nice OSTs, like Honnoji, Yamazaki and Kawanakajima. Samurai Warriors 4 has almost ONLY good Ost's. (Listen to fkin. Anegawa, Komaki Nagakute and Sekigahara!) Dynasty had always good and less good soundtracks. While I think Chi Bi sounded AWESOME in 7 and 8.
