What an emotional movie. I watch this in July 26 2024 and i enjoyed it. Ginpei from Koina: Migratory Bird of Winter (雪の渡り鳥 鯉名の銀平) was released in April 20 1983 during the airings of Abarenbo Shogun Season 2. Ginpei he is played by Hashizo Okawa, he meet Hibari Misora were meet in the 1955 movie A Warrior's Flute (笛吹若武者). Sadly Hashizo Okawa died in a colon and liver cancer at age 55 in December 7 1984.

At first, it started a bit cheesy, but it developed into a beautiful story..

I have a feeling that I've seen a movie about a yakuza who goes back to his fishing village with a more contemporary backdrop, where pistols, rifles, and cars are present. Unfortunately, I can't recall the title and the cast of the film.
