God knows I have been studying Anatomy for almost 3 years now and I do not open no text books until I have watched all of your videos on the topic beforehand! It makes learning and reading through the text book so much easier and understandable. Hey Sam. You've mentioned in some videos that you used to have trouble with your Tibialis Posterior but that you've cleared it up. How did you go about it? I ask because I'm a new runner who's been having some mild pain in mine, and the videos on KZbin have a very diverse array of techniques and I'm not sure how to tell which are appropriate for my mild level of pain.
