How large is the office?

The room dimensions are about 10x12 ft! This is fairly standard for offices that you will see in new construction for the area.

Nice home. Who’s the builder. A home comparable to this in San Diego county would sell for 800k or more. I live in San Diego county and the newer builds are built be Pulte homes and another builder that I do not recall. But, the layout is very similar to this one. When I purchased my first home I looked into buying a Pulte home and this was well before the pandemic- around 2018. But I went with another planner, gated community because the HOA’s are extremely high with Pulte homes.

That is insane, 300k more! That is why so many people tend to move to Texas, lower cost of living in comparison to other states. This builder is Castlerock, they are a very comparable builder to Pulte, just not as much production!

@ Pulte builds their homes fast, not sure if that’s a good thing. I agree Texas has significantly lower housing costs.
