You can maybe interchange Mets/Yankees and Dbacks/Giants but Dodgers are clear number 1 imo Dodgers got Snell, Conforto and Kim, resigned Teoscar Hernandez, and Treinen. Mets got Soto, Holmes and Montas, resigned Manaea Yankees got Fried, Goldschmidt, Bellinger and Devin Williams Diamondbacks got Burnes, Naylor and Pederson Giants got Adames and Verlander

Did not see JV to the Giants coming. If anything, I thought there would be a reunion with the Tigers. Speaking of Detroit, Gleybar Torres is a good signing. But the guy that they really most need as you stated is Alex Bregman. He would be a great fit on that team.

Very late in his career the Giants signed Randy Johnson when Tim Lincecum, Matt Cain and Madison Bumgarner were young developing arms. He taught by example of how to be successful to a group who worshipped him growing up and would go on to win 3 WS in five years
