San Francisco: Where NOT to bring your camera!

Great tips. I have greatly reduced the number of places I take my main camera. In recent months, I have been approached or followed after taking out my camera.. By watching the mannerisms of the characters in question, I had the presence of mind to leave the area immediately.

Always remember, canon and the rest don't care about your camera being stolen, it means you'll get another. A firmware update could add serurity/passcode features, but nope, not on te radar for a few years, if ever.

Seems like the smartest play overall is to just not go to San Francisco. Sad that one of the most beautiful cities in the world is now a $h!th0le.

We had no problems at all but were told not to leave anything in the car so we didn't.A beautiful city and well wort a visit.

Well, if EVERYBODY knows this, how come police does not park two guys in plain clothes at each location? If they make an arrest several times, the thieves will move out of there before you know...

Simple solution... catch and convict all camera thieves and send them to Alcatraz for 1 year. 😂

@@PhotowalksTV It's better than the punishment they're currently getting, which is just a guilty conscience. Some consciences though are dead. How about give them just seeds and chickens and let them have to grow their own food for that year? Call them the Birdmen of Alcatraz!
