Nice home. Not sure about the location tho. It's the nicest home in the area for sure but the neighbor don't support this type of home and as such, I would question this as an investment property. If I have $5M, i would look elsewhere.

@@u208839 Hi there, thanks for the feedback 😊 I’m curious, are you familiar with this neighborhood? Are you from the Bay Area? The house is bordering Cupertino and is in a very good neighborhood! The investors, didn’t pay $5M for the house. They probably paid around $1.5M (don’t remember the exact #) so definitely a great investment for them & the buyer for this house most likely is someone who works in the high tech .. hope this helped clarify a few things 😊

Yes! The house was grand but the lot was not big enough for a pool. Yes, it would’ve been amazing if it had a pool too!
