That is actually insane, I was working on my sanctuary but pretty much had to destroy it for the happiness trophy. But this video is very impressive!

My Sanctuary is very ...uh... "Militarized". 320 Defense rating, Guards I gave them military outfits with full Combat Armor, and some others I gave Vault guard Armor(no helm) with military outfits and Military Caps. (Bc vault suits never made sense to me especially if u had a look at my settlement) I'm not done with it yet but I broke off the settlement into 3 areas. 1st is when you first walk through the east gate of Sanctuary -Blacksmith/Forgery -Traders Market stop- 2nd area has mostly been just residential for now and I'm still in the process of getting lights going still. And then the 2nd gate breaks off that area. 3rd area is basically the main residency where your house is. I've built an Bar and Entertainment center on top of the houses on the left side going all the way down. TVs, Billiards Pool, Bar, a workout center, furniture for just relaxing and hanging out, and table booths on the sides. There's like those lottery games that settlers can use (which can increase ur Happiness in the settlement) 4th area, you get to the last gate which leads you into the Tall tree. I've made this the Local trades center, General, Weapons, Armor, etc. On the side I built a section for the generators and kinda walled it off and built a doorway so it doesn't look ugly when you walk through the gates since that's the first thing when you look on the left. South of the settlement I built the Artillery (x4) , farming, Water filters, Family entertainment like the grills and such. It's not completely done but just looking for other ideas
