Between 20111 and 2018 the Classic Rock Society used to put free CDs out with the magazine under the title of "New Species" and they were tracks by various artists of new music and they did some 34 CDs in total. Track 1 on Volume 15 from 2014 is called Sanctuary Part 1 credited to a Robert Reds. It sounds extremely similar indeed to this track, so could Robert Reds on the CD be a typo of Robert Reed? Very coincidental and I did enjoy both tracks.

Ya, it is the same person. Sanctuary was also the first track of him I listened to. If you like that music you should also check out his other works (sanctuary 2 and 3 and ringmaster). I listen to them a lot
