Day by day the ragged edges of nihilistic materialism are wearing thinner and thinner. Pull just one thread and it unravels. Consciousness is that thread. The universe not being locally real is another. The day science was decoupled from rational metaphysics was the day humans lost our way.

There is rather unknown physicist called Burkhard Heim (2001+) who developed a theory about the background of reality but this implies at least 2 more dimensions added to the 4 ( 3x space directions, 1x time) to come to a 6dimensional world matrix. The two extra (entelechial and teleological) are needed to explain that "self"-organisation and a meaningful sense or direction is prevailing in the matter fabric as well as live and living beings are possible against the drive of entropy in all what is physical. Metaphysical dimensions are beyond 5th and 6th dimensions and are the value stores that gives the "recepies" and plans (ideals and laws and priorities as well as "will" of beings) So there you are with the underlaying layers of all phenomena also explains why entangelment, uncertainty and "weird" phenomena of paranormal in psychic phenomena like telepathy or remote viewing can happen. Although I agree 100% with what is presented here, what seems to be missing is the non-material (or possibly other material) realms that exist in a complimentary way with the material world. I recognize that such realms may be beyond the scope of Neil's work, but to introduce metaphysics and to ignore these realms feels incomplete and inconsiderate.

Even such strange phenomena like entanglement of particles and other quantum physical facto are crying for a transcendent background of (an)other dimension(s)! Whatever is needed to explain the spiritual laws that govern "things" and processes and beings, let alone the riddle of what live means and how it really works. "Selforganisation" is an oxymoron! That does Not explain anything and contradicts entropy that prevails in the physical 3- 4 dimensional World. That means: there is more and that we cannot see, nor Herr, nor smell nor even think about!

Talking downstairs automatically means understanding, right🫣, the stellarium. You can see them at the same time, thinking about sight though, requires perspective, thus multiplicity, thus motion. Meditative absorption can see them and the seer. 🫠 it has been proposed by many ancestral wisdoms that consciousness is conditions, awareness is fundamental. I.e. essential nature of the sky, is awareness, constant, whilst conditions such as motion and perception are consciousness. Usually the feminine is a constant ref, and masculine a motion ref, as relationship, the pattern is resolved, and that too is a pattern, thus all patterns track to indivisibility. Complimentary of course. Not divided by patterns or patternlessness. ❤ that too, is a pattern😳
