A drive around Sandbanks in Dorset.

I have driven through the exact same area. I agree that house prices, for the average property is ridiculous, because of the location, I have seen even worse in outer London. What you would pay say £65.000 for an average terraced house, on the outer London areas it is at least four times as much, and the same size, and what is more outside parking is first come, first serve, and no adjacent streets free, as they are blocked by cars.

Indeed a very expensive area. I frequently work around there and over the years sadly some lovely old characterful houses have been purchased, flattened and replaced with some glass/concrete boxes and sold for a premium! That's progress I suppose.😁
