I cycled across Wolfe Island once, then took the ferry to New York State. Lots of wind!

Lots of wind for sure! I'd definitely like to go back sometime and ride more of the island.

Thank you CJ. I was delighted to see that day 3 is already released. I have never been to Kingston, just past it on the 401. Thank you for the tour. Are you planning on ride on the Toronto waterfront this summer going westbound? You did a video a few years ago east and west, but westbound at the time; there were some places you had navigate around. Enjoyed this installment.

Kingston is an awesome city to visit! check it out sometime!

Thanks. I was riding on the waterfront trail yesterday in fact! At the point where my video showing the western portion of the trail ended, they've now installed a bi-directional bike lane which closes an important gap in the trail and you can continue much further west. It's definitely something I'm hoping to film a video of this summer.

What is your recipe for the cold soak breakfast. It seems it would seem to save time in the morning.

I'm actually planning on posting a separate video showing how to make it. The ingredients are oatmeal, raisins, cinnamon, shredded coconut, chia seeds and skim milk powder.
