@@Mobileblaster hi Mick , I am in the point to buy a sand blasting machine and I’m wondering what is your opinion about Torc machine as they advertising the midia doesn’t come out straight and is like a twisted jet that will make it more efficient and in the same time more gentle AND IBIX 🙄. Your sand blasting machine is from Hodge Clemco ? Also…(if you don’t mimd off course) , what should be the best air compressor as CFM delivering , I would like to buy one with a minimum of 200 cfm (not 140) as will help more in rather than a basic CFM one 🙄. Thank you for inspiring people and your time that you allocate for doing that .🙏

@@georgegeorge9946 well your asking the perfect person hear I've owned a torc and I sent it back 👌 that should answer that 😉 I will say it totally depends on the work load you plan on doing as to what rig cfm you need. If you want to go into light cleaning and delicate work I would pick a soda pot over torc if you want general clean no need in the extra part the torc offer and they just arnt big enough to handle bigger jobs. Just like I say tho totally depends on your work load. It's like buying a car they all do the same job just that some are better suited for different people 👌

I'd love to see a vid on how you price each job for any future sandblasters. Great no nonsense vids always a pleasure to watch.
@Mobileblaster2 жыл бұрын
My pricing wouldn't work for alot of people as I rely heavily on experience to go in at an affordable price. What I mean by this someone just starting out wouldn't be able to compete on time or efficiency so my pricing wouldn't help most folk. I would love to say the is a set rate per m2 etc but in reality every job is different and every operator/rig has too many variables to set a umbrella rate for

Hello Mick there's a video that will be very interesting to you. The KZbinr Chris Allen the professional struggler just repaired a Doosan compressor because it was shutting down often. it turned out to be crap in the radiators. It's vital the oil cooler rad is spotless . Definitely worth watching mate

Thanks mate yeah I'm subscribed to Chris I've just seen his take on it that was 1 of the 1st things I tried as I've had that issue before 👌

Hey Mick, I just came across your channel. I also am a fellow blaster in the United States (Wisconsin) I’ve been wanting to start a channel for my work. I’m very curious as to your camera set up for the POV angle from the helmet. Any info is much appreciated. Also great job on this. I love what we do for a living haha.
@Mobileblaster2 жыл бұрын
Hi mate it's a good feeling inspiring other blasters to start a channel best of luck as it is hard just stick at it as it is harder than folk think. Ideally I would say you need a 1 off trate and I would say mine is the pov clips. I use gopro hero 9 and hero 10 👍

I wonder if that loading shovel has come from a highways agency depot loading rock salt, corrosion is awful. Good job as ever.
@Mobileblaster2 жыл бұрын
Not sure about the loader but the last bucket was in a fertiliser place wired how it the stickers still look fairly new but the rest looks like it's been dragged off the bottom of the sea 😂
