Hello, for details regarding prices and etc please email us at info@coandaair.com . We are using Quartz sand and we recommend minimum a 50 Lt air compressor. Anything above a 50 Liters air compressor is more than enough to work perfectly with our Coanda Sandblasters. Let us know if you have any more questions!

Great job, but I guess this is still unfinished. I heard about transparant coating or even waxing and polishing as a finishing method, not sure how that looks like.

Thank you ! It depends on what you want to achieve with your project.

You will not like the answer I'm afraid. We have sent our kitchen cabinet doors to a professional furniture sandblaster for blasting and a layer of spray paint. The same asked for a wax treatment, but I refused (due to the cost, including my ignorace). Result: all the pieces overdone. I could rasp my carrots against my kitchen doors if you know what I mean.

I'm sorry to say this but the wood surface looks too rough after blasting. It should be smooth not textured the way it is. Based on my experience in grit blasting wood I would say you are using too coarse an abrasive and too much air pressure.
