🤷‍♂️ I know the company that leases this is on a repair contract any issues including paint they sort it. Excellent company to do business with they cover all bases and budgets. If im honest I would be fuming if I leased a unit out and it came back like this after 4 year 😂 its something they are built for I suppose 🫣

It's hard to tell someone that blasting won't harm this unit if they have been bitten by a bad operator before it's not the industry at fault but the industry gets a very bad rep for these odd bad jobs by cowboys like any industry it attracts the odd cowboy but blasting seams to get hit harder than any other 🫣

I only remember a dozer reduced to this condition, it had been used to level concrete in the construction of an RCC dam. I have never seen a wheel loader do that job. The only area that was saved was the central hub and transmission. It's probably the only one they washed at the end of the day

Don't you want to use off road diesel or heating fuel in your air compressor ? It would be cheaper for you to run. It's the same fuel,and as i know you don't need on road fuel and taxes wich goes with it while you don't use on a road vehicle.

Thats a long process when you can only blast a inch and a half width area at a time. And i guess they want a white blast also instead of just giving it a brush blast. Cool video ,some days i miss blasting, then i remember the dust and grit getting in every single crevice on the human body ,no matter how well your protected and dressed. It would get in crevices i didn't even know i had. Lol

Hello buddy, my first time watching this kind of content. Amazing !!! Question for you: I don't know? But as far as cost effective measures, in your field of work would it be better to buy a rock crusher and buy either sea shells whole or walnut shells by bulk and then crush them yourself? Would it be worth buying the equipment? Thanks 👍😎🇨🇦
@Mobileblaster
@Mobileblaster 8 ай бұрын
Thank you and welcome to the channel 🙂 it wouldn't be cost effective because I would need land and huge investment I would also need some way of drying it. It would pay if I was selling lots but I wouldn't have the time to offer this as well as blasting. I like your thinking though 😊👌👍

Looks like I have a lot of binge watching to do Take Care Mate and awesome job on the loader

I can’t believe that an operator would leave his machine parked up in that state. Obviously it’s been working in a corrosive environment, why wouldn’t they take 5 minutes to wash it down. Mick how long can that blasted finish last before it starts showing signs of surface rust, do they basically have to get an undercoat on it pretty well after you have blasted it? Cheers, enjoy the content of your videos

Lbs means pounds of pressure so a 6lbs is 6 pounds of pressure before release. Plus I saw air bubbles in the coolant which usually means a blown head gasket. I'd have it leak checked soon before you destroy the engine.
@Mobileblaster
@Mobileblaster 9 ай бұрын
The cap says 13lbs I've spoken to John Deere today they say a 13psi cap will be fine. It's only the cap that's at fault it shut down 3 times today (separate job) it's blowing its pressure too easily and dumping coolant into the overflow bottle then when it requires the coolant back it dumps it all, in turn, runs too hot and shutting down I thought I had a water leak at 1st but the only place I can see water/coolant is the overflow pipe from the bottle. Oil is spot on the button so the head should be good 👌👍

I only deal with the workshop manager and he's got a job sheet not much info on them. Yeah they know to lease and have it on the contract for repairs and maintenance including paint 😂

Damn…this poor piece of kit must’ve been mining salt at the bottom of the DEAD SEA for 5 years…sad.

You protect your head but have to care about environment !! Being pro suppose to protect the area you work in. Better have a a cover and a particle filtration system . With all the respect :)

All protection is put in place before hand alot more to these videos is going on like I use none toxic and recycled materials the paint is water based and biodegradable so everything that's hitting the environment should biodegrade within months if not the company owns and operates a land recycling yard as part of a demo they do. So please don't worry about the waste this is part of a bigger pitcher the videos don't show 👌👍

Not a problem I appreciate your comment because people see these videos and think I rock up blast and go a lot more is happening and I should make it more clear but to be honest how has time for that 😊 I'm just a simple guy that's trying may best to put bread on the table for me and my family I thort it was a good idea to film what I do but alot more is needed to be a professional at this youtube game 😏😂

@@Mobileblaster You mention the biodegragable water-based paint. I think the paint you use is not the problem - all the flakes of factory paint you're blasting off the machine are probably a lot more concerning to the environment, that stuff would be good to have contained in a booth so that it can be collected in filters and properly disposed of rather than flying out on perfectly fine land.
