Fantasy, the crime rate is terrible in Cyprus, corruption is rife in every aspect of life there, rents, supermarkets are a complete rip off, drugs rife in every corner of the place, drink drivers abundant , The grass is never greener on the other side.

Never. Infrastructure is non-existent, crime is high, corruption, especially in Government, is off the scale. Retire there and buy a house, yes, but don't move a business there.

I'm in Cyprus at the moment. I wonder, given that it is an island, what critical infrastructure is missing? And have you had any experience incorporating a company in Cyprus and doing business that you had to deal with corruption and crime?
