Yes, lots of beer (and anything else!) gets consumed. Its play hard, work hard at Sanderstead. We've had a few Aussies play for us over the years - from Manly CC. Our old wicket keeper has gone the other way and is currently playing for Sutherland DCC.

Boundaries are short - maybe less than 60 metres straight, but longer square. Makes for some great cricket!

Great vid. Some verey decent cricket on display. Not sure what level of cricket this but the lad opening the second innings in the red helmet looks a class above it. Also, the leggie bowls some real pies.

King Kompany yes, Sharif (red helmet) is very good. We play in the Surrey Championship which is the top league in Surrey, so it is high standard.

Shareef played well and it's a lovely ground, but the boundaries look around 50 yards all the way round 😂

It's deceptive on film with the long lens. Boundaries are shorter than average straight, but square is fairly standard. Smallish ground makes for some great games.
