Sandgropers Bunbury 6-8/11/20

Hey guys Dylan here with another vid all was recorded on the weekend of the 6th-8th of November leave some suggestions what you’d like to see more of and also enjoy the video like comment and subscribe and I’ll catch in the next video.
In this video you will some of the action all recorded on the Saturday run of the event weekend, Sandgropers is an event held every year at some local clubs in Western Australia where people from different clubs come to club play trains and meet new people of the hobby.
Sandgropers this year was held at bunbury, Bunbury is about 180km south of Perth a somewhat 2 hour drive the railway is located at Forrest Park just a 5 minute drive from the City centre of Bunbury it’s a nice little park plenty of space to have picnics or let kids play around and have fun.
In this video you will notice a Locomotive from my local Club Castledare, C1701-(CometVale) I had ask the committee of the railway if I was able to take the heritage loco down to Bunbury as it was its first outing ever since it was built back in 1980 by the late Doug Skewes who is no longer with us Doug built a beautiful and powerful loco everyone at Bunbury enjoyed to see a different loco and had fond memories with it. On Friday the 6th I loaded up the beautiful loco and a convoy was made from 8 cars 6 hauling trailers and two cars running as back ups if someone’s car had issues it was a fun convoy down even using two way radios, after the weekend I dropped the loco back off to the club all back in one piece the committee is happy with how well looked after it was and hopefully in future can take it on another outing from the club.
