A little bit off topic, but at 2:21, I noticed the r in "pronounce" is much less rounded than r in "rat". Is it a common phenomenon? Rachel pointed out this rule too!

Definitely! That is exactly what happens in some consonant clusters. Good eyes (and ears)!

Hello, is the word Aspirated same meaning as released.

Thanks for this question :) As I understand aspiration and released/unreleased consonants, "aspirated" and "released" don't mean exactly the same thing. When a consonant is aspirated, it also must be released - the articulators must "open up" and release the airflow in order for the aspiration to occur. However, a consonant can be released but unaspirated (like the "p" in the word "spin"). The lips open up and release the /p/ sound, but there isn't any extra airflow or aspiration that comes out. The /p/ in "spin" is much different than the /p/ in "pick". "Spin" has a released but unaspirated /p/; "pick" has a released and aspirated /p/. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions! :)

Oops - this was a typo! I review my videos at least 10 times before I publish them, but every once in awhile a mistake slips past my eyes :) Sorry about that!
