This is my first time using this in sanding/dust pickup mode and I'm very impressed.

Thank you for mentioning my channel! I really like these Kirby sanders. You bet they work! They work great, and I especially like the massage pad. Very cool tool to have!

Great video. I have used the Turbo Accessory Tool using the scouring pad on glass shower doors to remove hard water build up, & from time to time use the buffing cloth on furniture. I recommend if using the sander aspect to take it apart to clean out collected saw dust BUT remember to keep the screw holes aligned-especially the main circular centrifugal mechanism. Doing so will assure quick & easy reassemble. Kudos to the shoutout to Kirby Vacuum Collector & Fixer’s channel. Keep up the great work Bill and thank you.

That Kirby sander would have been perfect to sand my speakers. It seems to have excellent dust collection.

Super clean, that's the impressive part to me. Otherwise it seems perhaps a bit slow. Then again my only stander is one of those big handheld belt sanders that would bore a hole though the wood if you weren't paying attention and is impossible to use without a mask.

I wold love to have one for one of my Kirbys if only for the novelty of it! I have plenty of dedicated sanders and the ergonomics of those machines is vetter than something attached to a vacuum cleaner hose, but this is cool just because of how absurd it is ,like the Handi Butler.

I also have a Black & Decker finishing sander, but mine is a 1/2-sheet model (7456) and runs but a hair slower (at 4000 OPM) than yours.

I recently had my kitchen remodeled and after the installers finished putting in the cabinets and flooring, it was time for me to paint the walls and they were a mess. I wanted to try to sand smooth a lot of rough areas from the removal of my old kitchen. I used my Kirby sander and smoothed out all the walls in no time. It made the walls like the house looked when we moved in after it was built.

@@ArmoredMexican the walls have been wallpapered in the past and I was able smooth the walls with sandpaper to be painted.

I received a G4 via a regular FedEx Sunday delivery today. Was reading the destructions and saw this as a feature. First time I've ever heard a vacuum could do this so I had to see it in action. Thank you! *mind blown!* 🤣

Cool! What models does this work on?

Anything that has high airflow. For Kirbys that goes back many decades.
