I'm loving sandisk connect wireless flash drive in 2021. Disappointed no longer manufacturing. Posted how to setup it up as a quasi portable plex web server accessible from a public website by 6-7 users on the same wifi when accessed via a basic html5 webpage.

how large can I get with FAT format. need that to print or save from usb printers. exfat will not work on any printer. I have a 64 gig now; its super to send to /from my phone but would like to have larger !

Hi this is Aubrey from Singapore, I have several Kingston Wi Drive that I have downloaded many movies BUT now with the IOS 11 upgrade I can’t use the Wi Drive and Kingston will not upgrade it. My question is can I plug in the Kingston Wi Drive into my MAC as well as the SanDisk and transfer the movies in the Wi Drive to the SanDisk? Your help will be a great help

Not sure why you would need this. Wireless transfer is possible for free with apps. I can transfer files with any usb stick wirelessly.

+MobileDecay I'm confused, how are you able to transfer files from any USB stick wirelessly? The USB stick would need a battery and a wificor Bluetooth module to do so.

High Tech Traveler not directly from the stick but I plug it into a pc or some other device and I can do that over lan or even with an application called feem which is cross platform.

+MobileDecay well, of course that would work. But this solution is a lot more simple and works without a computer. You can take it camping or use it as a media server for your kid's tablets in the car on a road trip.

High Tech Traveler Ah. Makes more sense. I know it's possible to use a tablet as a wifi hotspot and stream media but this is probably easier.

Uploading photos goes quickly put uploading Gopro videos is super slow.

Wireless file transfer is fast enough for streaming, but definitely takes while if you are using wireless connection to transfer video files to or from the stick. Best option is to plug it in directly via USB.
