I feel like these are life lessons applicable to many situations really. It's such a pleasure to hear her speak as well. I think Sandra Oh has a very strong screen presence. She is not a beautiful woman in a conventional sense of the word, but has a very unique beauty which verges on an intellectual dimension. Not sure whether she is actually an intellectual person, but certainly exudes that air. In other words, she seems educated, smart, thoughtful and strong, all of which give her that unique beauty.

Sandra earned it though. Even in greys, they left her out on awards although being deserving on them. Now that she is back with this show, they are giving her the attention she should get and awards that were long overdued. Jodie doesnt have the same economic power that sandra has obtained. So its gonna take a while for her to build up her reputation and gain the recognition she also deserves .
