I now want to take my power back, all this negativity that’s been in my life for way too long. This thing that’s been in my head for so many years about a smell existing over me... DOES NOT EXIST. It never did and I am finally moving on from this and going to be much happier than ever. I want to love myself, I want to forget all the past/trauma that I had with my ex. He doesn’t care for me so why should I care about him. It’s all about me now in loving myself and taking care of myself and I truly believe I will find the happiness I have been wishing for starting TODAY. I am going to reach my goals, become that nurse I have always dreamed of. I am in control over my life now, I am responsible for all that I do now because it’s my time now. And I want to be happy!

I became a nurse when I was 23 yrs old by the time I was 26 I was in relationship with a man who valued my diploma and the money it could make me (him by then) than I did, all I cared about was caring for others... be careful; you say this man doesn’t care about you, you may have miraculously gotten away from a Narcissist, if so, you can’t possibly know what I know, how lucky you were to get away...it took me 25 years and I left with nothing to find a real life. Be careful for you may have a loving heart that loves easily...

Im listening to this for a week. So, i had horrible pain on both my palm joints. Something like RA(maybe) and none of the family in both my paternal and maternal side have RA or something lik that. I learnt about soul ties and this was the first sub that I tried. I was listening to it while wfh. And 20 mins to listening i realised I didn't have any pain on both of my palms. And i continued listening to it whenever I could. However, i wanted to check about the pain and soul ties. So i stopped listening and i got the pain back. So i have started to listen to this regularly and I hardly get any pain. I TAKE BACK MY POWER AND GIVE BACK YOUR POWER. I really don't want someone else's illness.

Thank you Sandra! I was amazed at how many people with cords to me, kept showing up. Thank God you kept going for 3 hours so I could just keep on going!! I now feel free, to be so much more than 'a survivor' now. What you have coined 'Sexual de-Armouring' has been a signature stance/projection for me since I was 14..however I think sexual predators recognize this and target you as an easy victim, again. Allowing cords from abuse rituals from a time and space in an Egyptian mystery school and the overlay to dissolve which in future lives caused even more cords to grow like cancerous tentacles. I cut cords with fallen Angelics and other negative oriented beings . It took Both radical forgiveness and radical acceptance to do. I listened for the full 3 hours until I could feel it in my heart and believe I could gather my energy and power back. I wish to have harmony and cohesion in my chakras and state that I AM sovereign

This is powerful. After about an hour- 1:11 specifically, I was drained. I saw so many situations, places, faces, and cutting and cutting and some wouldn't allow for me to complete the session, they just kept appearing one after the other. Within seconds, they just kept reappearing and in bulk. I thought I wanted to end one cord, my purpose for locating this video but this is beneficial for lightening yourself and standing in your power to do serious bulk spring cleaning and I implore anyone to please try this. I just started on the 20 of March and I will do this until the month is over. I started eating but was called to fast during this cleansing period. I really appreciate this and you. I did this meditation today and fell asleep, I dreamed a lot of different dreams. still trying to understand what these dreams mean!I am afraid of snakes and one of the dream I had a friend who had a snake and put it in my shoulder I got so scared and started shaking ,during the dream I could feel in my body shaking of fear! then heard your voice say i in call in my higher power ... my body became warm and I saw myself in place with lots of snakes but i was not afraid anymore☺ Thanks I will keep doing this meditation

Thank you so much for this... I’ve been using it the last few nights. I can tell as soon as I even think of putting it on my whole energy shifts. Ups and downs but overall I am returning to my power. I think I have a negative association with the word power and have lots of guilt and anxiety around taking it back but that’s not my worry and I take all back that is rightfully mine. I’ve been there in the past and I know from experience how challenging that is when you are in that energy. Keep moving forward and do what you can to find joy. From my perspective those type of break-ups were ALWAYS a powerful catalyst to clear limiting beliefs within myself about self worthiness and self love. All you need is courage and determination to research within yourself why you attracted this type of relationship and work on letting go of any disempowering beliefs that are preventing you from being in a loving committed relationship with a person that loves being in relationship with you too‼️ I love this quote about learning life lessons and gaining wisdom in the process 🙏🏻 “Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards.” - quote by Søren Kierkegaard.

Hi! I did this yesterday as I came across it and there was one guy I used to have a severe crush on as a child. I was trying to release him as his image would keep coming to my mind all the time as I am doing my inner healing work for the past 2 years. Despite all the healing, his image was persistent (it's not a twin flame). Yesterday after the session here, I had a dream of a past life with him where I'd hurt him emotionally and so it all made sense as to how my childhood was painful because of this intense crush I had. Today I got to know that he got very sick, like 12 hours after the cord cutting. He's a close family friend so my father had to go and see him and arrange for his urgent sickness to be looked after. It's all very eerie. It seems related to his sacral chakra- sudden appendicitis. I don't know what to do! I feel guilty now. It's all too strange. I've not heard from him in 11 or 12 years. I have no feelings for him at all for the longest time. Is this some kind of karma?

Disconnecting karmic entanglement is ALWAYS a positive thing. You don’t know his soul agreements and perhaps him getting sick is part of what he needs to experience to grow. A lot of our blessings come in disguise and on a surface level it may seem negative but the overall experience is or will be of benefit. Let go of guilt and say a prayer for his and your highest good 💝

I am on the Twin Flame Path for the last 3 years, but sometimes while dropping into my heart, would cause this family friend guy's image to come up and I had tried very hard to heal it through inner child work and releasing my experiences of low self esteem around this guy, from childhood. Yes, I feel that me severing the cord definitely freed me from his energy which was stubbornly trapped in my energy body and it now paves way for my soul ascension. I was guided to your video yesterday and this makes me realise how powerful we are and how powerful our intentions are. Yes, I will pray that this after- effect is for his highest good and for mine too! He's happily married with a child and I have never harboured ill will for him but I was tired of experiencing his energies in my heart, while connecting with my twin flame. Here is what master dowser Raymon Grace says "ask that the cords be cut and the frequency of them scrambled in such a manner that they can never be re-attached or cause any harm. " But you could also transmute them instead of cutting them, another dowser buddy of mine does this.
