Great to see you back Si, I am just coming up to 81 years of age and still shooting air rifles and shotguns. Regards Mick.

Great shooting Si.. good to see you back making videos..you the best springer shooter I've ever seen..
@Beesa10 Жыл бұрын
Thanks for highlighting the marksmanship principles. Seeing how accurately you can shoot the Imp swayed my decision to buy a HW99S .22. Even the standard rifle out of the box is impressive, top quality and has proved to be great value. Excellent barrel, trigger break feels perfect and the overall size of the rifle is very manageable, definitely a keeper. This tuned version must take it to another level of refinement, the results here speak for themselves. All the best

Can't get over how good that Hushwell makes a standard shaped springer look. I know a Weihrauch springer is an extremely well made thing, but that mod makes it look altogether more interesting!

I never actually knew what the principles were, I’d heard the term but for some reason never looked it up, I taught myself to shoot at young age after my neighbor gave me my first air rifle, it was an old hw80 I think, and always found consistency with everything was key, same hold same pressure etc, they aren’t just point and click. Great shooting mate! Glad to see you back!

Thank you so much as always for a really instructive video. I have a debate with myself about the leading hand, holding the stock closer to the trigger guard versus the muzzle. I see that you hold your leading hand quite far out on the stock. Any suggestions to help me shape my thoughts in that regard?

Si are you really a sniper? You are an incredible shooter! The amount of skill it takes to shoot groups like that from a springer is insane. I have a .22 HW50 and used to have a Beeman R9. Now I mostly shoot centerfire rifles. Shooting a 0.25 MOA group at 100 with a centerfire takes less skill than the groups you shoot with that springer.
@VerminHuntersTV2 жыл бұрын
No I was never a sniper. I did quality many times as a marksman though. I did once in 1997 represent the British army and won my bit against other countries military when out in Bosnia.

Yes this still sell the rifle. Phone Sandwell field sports and speak with Tony. The rifle comes with the standard weihrauch moderator or you can buy the hushwell moderator from Sandwell which is the one on the rifle. Makes it shorter.
