they are just games in universe, what we need to know is why? fazbear is covering for something. something that makes everything make sense. it would be incorrect for you to consider any game not made by steel wool or their associates. (aka made by only Scott.) to be canon in universe events. something happened, something that if it was investigated by the authorities would be really bad for fazbear entertainment. we just need to find out what. and presumably it has something to do with the mimic. witch sucks. that thing has no motivations of its own it is just a faulty AI being fed violent data. William is a much more compelling villain. as he is actually someone responsible for his own actions, witch the mimic is not. i dont know what is a better path forward that someone at fazbear intentionally turned the mimic violent or it was just a complete coincidence. but i think it has to be the former because again the mimic is not capable of comprehending its own actions.

The least complicated way to explain what happened is that they are covering up the lore that we know, but that does leave them with the least of a reboot. Looking at the way they did this. If everything is as it appears then there is no mystery. Apart from who is doing this and why, but if the original story is largely propaganda then we have the question of what did happen. What is the reasonable explanation? Ghosts are no longer real. It’s all ai. It’s all mimicry. Witch as I said is a bad thing because the mimic has no agenda it is only following its programming. This being said. The way to go now for is is, why are there differences in the game Steve made and the silver parasol remakes, If both were working for fazbear entertainment on their propaganda project? Did Steve know more than he let on? Were the original games haunted and the lore added by pure spite? Was it some ai nonsense? Why did they bring in silver parasol? Was it because he died of being murdered by robot? Why did the illusion fail? Was she programmed to murder him if he broke the mind control? Or was it done by fazbear because they suddenly noticed the lore? Why was mimic 1 installed into the vr game? Is glitchtrap even mimic 1? Why was mimic 1 in the pizzaplex system? Especially if it isn’t glitchtrap? How did Gregory know about the tangle? If burntrap is real, and the mimic why was the mimic locked behind concrete a full floor below the burntrap room? If burntrap isn’t real see previous point about the tangle. This should be treated as a reboot until real evidence to the contrary.

Similar to Ennard, it is also weird that Scrap Baby is referenced on plushies, arcades, etc. since she wasn't in the public eye either, and unlike Sister Location I'm not sure Pizzeria Sim had any cameras. At least there are none you can use in the vents. Maybe they just found her burned remains down there and thought to use it, but even that is weird since it feels like Fazbear Entertainment is (thus far anyway) very much hiding everything else about the events of FFPS. Scraptrap being referenced is odd too, come to think of it, he is on an arcade machine as well.

I think the 8 bit mini games in the first few games are the games in universe tbh, they’re retellings of the past, and IMO, the “retcon” Scott has mentioned previously exists in one of the mini games, and it’s explanation would be that the game dev didn’t get everything correct, like the colors of Golden Freddy (the hat and bow tie, may even be revealed at some point that OG golden Fred bear wasn’t yellow?)

@@Gibbypastrami but the games in universe are the basis for the help wanted levels, so FNAF 1, 2 and 3 night 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, which fits with what the books tells us that the original game developer made only the 3 games and someone else made the others at a different time.

Excellent video. I really appreciate that you're going in with an eye to detail but not trying to fit those details to a pre-existing belief. Here's some details that stand out to me but I don't know how to put them together. One of the things I've been thinking about since Security Breach was first released was that given the extreme levels of risk and danger that the company appears to be taking on purposely (building on a sinkhole, using glitchtrap, etc), coupled with the themes of the books (regardless of canonicity), Fazbear Entertainment is NOT making mistakes. What they are doing is corporate evil. The organization's goals are unknown to us, but we can be fairly sure they are not just greedy, but specifically malicious. In the books, they're constantly trapping people, experimenting on them, replacing them with robots or mind swapping with them, and they seem to have some kind hold on the power they wield. Faz-goo. None of these are greedy mistakes. All that to say that I don't know if we're supposed to be able to figure out who the CEO is or what their goals are, but we're supposed to understand that they have some kind of dark plan. More controversially, I think we should consider that William and Henry may not have been the original owners of the Fazbear brand. If the two of them were always supposed to be franchisees (meaning they owned the building but not the brand), then everything in the old games can happen at one location and the mega-corp then changed motives as a result. It's always struck me as odd that people talk about William and Henry as owners of the entire business when the technology of the animatronics that they had even before the MCI was amazing enough that they could have expanded across the country relatively fast, just like Chuck E Cheese did with less advanced robots. The Pizzaplex being built atop FNAF 6 makes perfect sense if part of the branding of the Pizzaplex is it's notoriety as a local "myth." Everything that we know of from FNAF 1-6 happened in pretty short distance of one another, probably 2-3 cities apart, maximum. The rest of the country could have completely normal (or sinister) Freddy's locations without any kind of disturbance until news breaks that several close together specific franchise locations were the locations of some truly heinous events. If Fazbear understood remnant from that point forward, a corporate redirect makes perfect sense.

I been having a theory that maybe the CEO of Fazbear Entertainment could possibly be Sammy Emily, the son of Henry. Cause let's think about it, Sammy is only in the books, but what if Sammy could possibly be in the games as well. We never knew what happened to Sammy. And it might make sense cause of his father owned the rights to the company and possibly Sammy took the rights from his father and decided to rebuilt what was left of Fazbear Entertainment

Just a thing I'd like to point out is that William Afton / Burntrap can actually still exist and be canon to Security Breach in some way because Gregory did draw a picture of him and The Blob / Tangle as the Afton ending. Gregory has obviously seen the Blob and he didn't just predict that it exists, so maybe because he has 100% seen the Blob it's possible he saw Afton too and that's how he drew him. How else would Gregory know that Afton exists? And why would he put a real character in the same picture as a fictional one? I'm not saying the Afton ending has to be canon now but I don't understand how Gregory can know about The Blob (which is real) AND William Afton. Good video though :D

Problem: that's not William Afton. That's the Mimic being merged with the Mimic1 program (Glitchtrap) and thus copying Afton's appearance. Afton is trapped in UCN.

@@the_shadowphoenix But you see, the models (which Steel Wool seems to intend we see in quite close up detail in-game) Look nothing alike no matter how you shape it, go into Blender right now and pick apart each and every difference between them like me and many others have, they share one hand and that's where the similarities stop. I don't know why the Mimic would draw the comic ending or Gregory draw it looking like William or why the Mimic would just grab William's (Or guy from help wanted)'s corpse and wear it just to take it off right away. I don't understand your reply, either way Gregory drew that or the Mimic can draw I guess. I don't understand how this image is supposed to mean the merging of Glitchtrap and The Mimic, where do we even see that in the picture? So Burntrap isn't the Mimic, this isn't a representation of The Mimic getting infected, this is just a drawing Gregory made of what he probably saw. @@MackGall You forget the Mimic can shapeshift and can also replace parts by pulling them off and placing new ones on itself. The thing turns into a nine-legged spider with a proboscis, for crying out loud

​@@the_shadowphoenix The whole shapeshift thing actually does translate into it's in-game model clearly. It works like one of those toy lightsabers where the layers of the tubes stack and slide out or in, that's how it can change size and stuff like that, at least it it's arms. The problem is that Bruntrap has a springlock sui endo when his model is examined, this was an intentional detail to show that this was William Afton's body still attached to the original Springbonnie suit. The Mimic has no parts that match this, even it's very similar teeth are different. The Mimic is not a springlock suit, that is physically impossible, and if somehow The Mimic IS a springlock suit, then it replaced litterally every single piece of it's body for no reason. It would have replaced it's head, torso, arms, legs, ect entirely. The only thing that's similar is that Burntrap has one hand that The Mimic has 2 of, now just how could The Mimic get another hand just like his from out of nowhere??? Point is that they don't look physically the same at all or make sense to be the same from a story reason either, they are intentionally separated as different characters. Burntrap can't shapeshift because of the way the springlock endos are designed, The Mimic cannot be a springlock suit but does shapeshift.

​@@zavoywilliams3313 Scraptrap is most likely another suit William used after the fnaf 3 fires because if you do remember, after those fires he becomes Dark Springtrap, he is missing his pelvis and probably burned to a crisp. So he probably goes to a nearby Freddy's, Fredbear's, or wherever he stores his spare suits and puts on the other Springbonne suit we see in the fnaf 4 parts and service room. They look the same, Scott probably wanted to base Scraptrap off of that suit and made it have some lore relevance. And the other thing is that the inconsistencies with William's corpse / possibly alive body can be boiled down to the fact that Scott isn't the best at modeling humans, but he hid that under the suit where nobody would ever see it and it's pretty much impossible to tell that the corpses look any different. The Mimic and Burntrap on the other had are mostly both just exposed endo, you can see that they intentionally did serten things in the designs that have meaning for only them as separate characters. It's not like something as small as William having a very slightly different and almost identical appearance that's almost completely shrouded in darkness, The Mimic and Burntrap were fully intended to be seen in bright enough conditions by comparison, they wanted these details to be noticed, it's like the Freddy foot situation all over again

I think that the 8-bit minigames in all the fnaf games are the actual lore of what's actually going on, and the physical games we play are the games made in universe, also matpat was throwing around ideas on GT Live and he actually proposed a very interesting theory that Ennard is the video game version of the real life (in fnaf's continuity) mimic, because the games are based on the real events, and we see the mimic deep underground near a scooper room, and the mimic likes to wear costumes and pretend to be a person so he can escape from underground

See I think the opposite, I think the 8 bit games are the ones made by the game dev in Help Wanted, they’re the ones with the heaviest lore (also the ones with the most discrepancies and most of what people consider goofs or retcons) I think the “retcon” Scott has talked about in the past (he said one but I think there are more) was in one of the 8bit games, and this the explanation is the HW Dev messed up parts of the retelling, the 8bit stuff shows up when we die, almost like the Afton virus has infected our file that holds the real game lol And as far as Ennard goes, Ennard is just all the Funtime animatronics out together, Ballora, Circus Baby, Toy Freddy and the hand puppet Bonnie, they all get scooped and out together and then escape in Michael’s body, then Circus Baby gets kicked out, I think Circus Baby is a mimic of Elizabeth Afton basically

I felt like some of the games in VR were spirits trying to tell players what happened or the mimic program trying to make sense of what data it was exposed to. the only thing I can think of, is, what if it's hand unit or dread unit or whatever, I mean, it would make sense how ennard is in help wanted and security breach, he was able to see what mike was doing in sister location and was guiding him in real time so he probably saw ennard too. Aswell, he only seems to care about covering up the stories of what happened at freddy's.

I think the 8bit mini games in like 2 onwards are the “video games” made by the developer and the actual gameplay where it’s thought we play Michael is actual story, but even the 8bit games are mostly true to canon, I think this plot line is just meant to be used to explain some of the flubs of the earlier titles like color errors on certain characters, the 8bit is where most of the lore happens, it’s where most inconsistencies would be, Scott says all the games are still canon, they happened, but there’s room for error Or maybe it is the other way around, maybe the security guard stuff, the camera checking and gimmicks and stuff, maybe that’s fake, maybe this guy got given the 8bit stuff in infected Afton files, and by him making the games, adding the vehicle to tell Aftons story (the point and click horror that captures attention being the way of sneaking in what the game is really about, the scares are arcadey bs come up by something trying to sell games, the story is about Afton putting together these mini games to remember what happened (or maybe playing the memories for his son to help educate his new animatronic vessel) and continue his quest of immortality

I had a idea that the CEO of fazbear entertainment llc was phone dude, I thought this because after Michael and William burned down his fazbear frights horror attraction and after the fnaf 6 fire phone dude somehow restarted fazbear entertainment as a way to make a new fazbear frights but then decided to expand new ideas and he may have even learned about Williams experiments with remnant and stuff, also phone guy seems like the kind of person to revive the franchise, he seems to have a like for collecting old things and I don’t think it’s ever confirmed if he’s dead or not.

Yes, the minigames and easter eggs are actual story bits and the actual gameplay is not, HW is a game in universe and the list is very small. The only options are Sammy, Micheal (if he is actually alive), Glitchtrap possesing someone in Fazbear Entertainment or maybe Baby/Evil Charlie.

I think the CEO is trying to revive William in anyway he can, likely because of the knowledge he has of remnant and immortality, so he revives the company, gets any trace of Freddy’s and puts it into one place, help wanted (potentially to round up as much agony and remnant as possible, so he can get what ever is left of him). He may have known about the mimic and tried to get it to mimic William or it was just an accident, but regardless he had made a near replica of William, glitchtrap, then gave him a body, Vanny, then spread him throughout the pizzaplex. Once he knew how to achieve immortality (murder), he got Vanny to do it, partially because of liability, partially so the spirits of those who were murdered wouldn’t come after *him.* He built the entire pizzaplex on the sister location bunker (if you believe fnaf 6 is Fredbear’s, then the pizzaplex is connected to Fredbear’s, and Fredbear’s is connected to sister location, I think he intentionally built it on sister location, and being on fnaf 6 was just a consequence of that) so that he could have easy access to the technology there, then he started to replicate it, he made another scooper in the cave system underneath the pizzaplex to experiment with soul, just like Afton did. By staying in the shadows, it makes it hard for people to act justice upon him, no one knows who he is. That’s my interpretation of the CEO, it’s mostly speculation with a sprinkle of evidence, had fun making it though.

I know this feels like more of a head canon, but could it be a Silver Eyes exclusive character? We know in the books Charlie had a twin brother called Sammy who was believed to be William’s first victim, only to turn out to be alive this whole time and live somewhere else when Charlie was the victim and the one we’ve been following this whole time was a robotic replica. Anyways, I know there is zero evidence to prove that Sammy even exists in the games, but like the Silver Eyes books, Charlie was the victim, so if Sammy does exist, he most likely is still alive. So if Henry and every Afton died in the Fnaf 6 fire, maybe Sammy inherited ownership over Fazbear Entertainment. While going through it all he uncovers the horror’s and secrets behind his father’s beloved and feared franchise, but realises at the same time this could be HIS chance to put HIS family back together, hence all the Charlie/Puppet/Nightmarionne themes in the Pizzaplex. All for it to all go horribly wrong again of course. Another explanation I see is that John, another book exclusive character and love interest for Charlie, bought Fazbear Entertainment himself, and revived it to bring back Charlie all for it to again, go wrong. In the books John wanted to become an author for his career, so maybe in the game timeline he became so successful that he bought Fazbear Entertainment. Knowing that his dead childhood crush was the daughter of the company’s founder John may have refused to let it die and attempted to revive it himself. Then dig through all the crap Freddy and Charlie had been through and decides to go along with it. I know this all maybe completely false since like I said, there’s zero evidence for John or Sammy to exist in the games timeline and there’s no reason either. Even Silver Eyes has problems with who does or doesn’t exist or haunts who or what. The Crying Child is never brought up, Elizabeth haunts an adult version of the Charlie bot. Cassidy haunts Bonnie because Jeremy was never invited to the chat, and Michael not only is the one haunting Golden Freddy, but isn’t even Williams biological or adopted child for reasons we may never know. But this just felt like something worth bringing up.

Afton then the mimic, Vanny and Baby were only ever the main antagonist once each, and they only everhad one goal. Baby's was to escape, and Vanny's was to free Afton/The Afton Mimic.

I believe I found the answer within the Survival LogBook. In the word search, we get the name Sam Afton, who is the child from FNAF 4. However, we may very well have the name of our new villain in it as well. Moe Fich. In Help Wanted, we learn of a mysterious "Client" and they return in Special Delivery. The "Client" may be Moe Fich, who was William Afton's partner in some way, shape or form. The name "Moe" means a few things, but these two stand out: Deliver, Savior. The name "Fich" means Ermine/weasel These two names tie in quite well with Help Wanted and Special Delivery. If we go off on just the name alone and the meaning of those names, it shows that Moe Fich is a VERY dangerous individual, as much if not more so than William Afton. A human weasel is a deceitful or treacherous person. Ermine are solitary carnivores. The ermine has a reputation as a fierce and territorial carnivore that can take on animals even bigger than itself. They also hunt small prey. In Help Wanted, Moe Fich "delivers" old circuit boards and hardware to a Fazbear Entertainment team. After the GlitchTrap virus is released and doing it's job, Moe steals those items back and "delivers" them once again, to another Fazbear Entertainment team, which eventually gives birth to the Mimic. I've been theorizing that there's two objectives: Rebuild the family and finish William's project of immortality. The whole pizzaplex is a huge project just to make it viable as it is so why would anyone with a sane mind would risk with this franchise, so, what can you offer to someone with enough capital to rebuild this franchise? immortality, plain and simple, and this makes sense that Miss Afton brought someone like William, she knows the type of person and how to interact with them after all she was married with one of them. And also, Ballora has blue eyes now so my guess is that she finally became part of the family so I'm looking forward to hear Ballora's quote in HW2

I do honestly believe that the movie would confirm Mike's aunt is the one keeping the company alive. In the trailers, Steve says "the owner wasn't ready to let it go yet". Some claimed it's meant to foreshadow him being William Afton, one of the original founders, and how he was the one behind hiring the security guards to get them killed. But what if the "owner" was Mike's aunt Jane? She's listed as a "female villain", which makes me believe that the movie would reveal the one who kept the company alive through all those years was Jane Afton, Williams sister. This would explain everything behind Security Breach and who created the pizzaplex.
