Oh, what fun! That’s it - everybody is getting galaxy paintings for Christmas! I can’t wait to try. Those weight bags on the balloon are called ballasts.

I've never thought about using watercolor ground for highlights! It looks like it gave it some great texture!!

Nearly didn’t get through this video. Had to see what happens to a balloon in space and if ballast had another fancy name in ballooning….. found a rabbit black hole…
