When the dad and the son can really say what they really feel about each other and get away with it because this is what the dad and son really want to say to each other but the son has to respect the dad but they was like husband and wife dad was the husband the son was the wife and they got along like that on the TV show. Fred is making some valid points about Lamont not appreciating being in business for himself.
