SPD's Elves on a Shelf are at it again! They ran into Officer Stewart conducting Vehicle Assessment Surveys in the mall parking lot. They decided to be 'helpful' and land a hand with the assessments. They are reminding everyone to lock your vehicles, hide anything that may tempt a criminal, and take anything of value. #LockHideTake
