Since many of you requested this, I am finally showing you my sanga balep recipe. It's one of my favorite Tibetan pastries. If you follow this rather easy recipe, you will get crispy and delicious sanga balep for losar!
Ingredients:
115ml water
1/2 teaspoon salt
200g flour
butter
starch
powdered sugar

Thank you Palden La. Once again you have given an excellent recipe . The pure, respectful Tibetan language that you use, without any words like ' 'chiney' etc makes your ecipes special as it also gives a Tibetan language class. I hope everyone learns from this. I usually make two cuts in the middle of the sangka phaley. Thank you

Could you teach us how you make Losar Bhung-gue Amchok. Every year we try but it gets either small or get twisted. Very challenging. Please make another video on this. Thank you.

It looks like fini roti of Newari people only diff is that they apply mixture of rice flour and butter/ghee on surface while rolling it... but I also loved this one....thankyou I will try to make it😊
