How do we get to know that there DNA synthesis is finished and ddNTPs are added and what happened when one ddNTPs in one location and again sits at same location in another DNA?

For the reading of gel from the sequence, we have to start from bottom to top , and the sequence we'd get, that would be labeled as 5' to 3' but if we want the template strand , we would have to take complementary of it right?

I have a question, it's said in the video that the primer or the dNTP can be labeled. But why would we label the dNTP when the sequence end with the ddNTP and when it's the ddNTP that we read? Maybe I didn't understood well...

We need the reaction to start some where right, to start we add labelled primer or labelled dntp, such that we can add dna polymerase .... Continue the process and labelled because to identify the whole sequence without leaving the primer or single dntp part of the genome

That's a old school technique... These days we have etbr to visualise the DNA.. See he is performing autoradiography to see the bands... And you cannot generate an autoradiograph without a radioactive compound....
