A great video!! Thank you! I just have a question about the content starting at 5:57, what if pH is less than pHi, but greater than the pKa of the carboxylic group? I believe to determine the charge of the amino acid molecule, the pH value of the system must be compared with the individual pKa values of the carboxylic, amino ,and side chain (if any) groups in the molecule.
