Thanks, loved the video, brought back memories for me as well. My uncle owned a late 60's Hondo flat-bottom for several years; raced it blown fuel flat-bottom for a while, then pulled the race motor, put in a hemi configured similar to yours and ran as a ski boat. I got to scream around on the ski boat version... There is nothing like the sound of the gear reduction starter on a hemi when you crank it over!! You know things are going to get exciting!! Any ride in a flat bottom these days is going to be rough. In the 80's we would go to Millerton three times a week during the summer when there was only 20% of the boats that are now there. Had friends with flat bottom's, hydro's, pickle forks. Now with all the wake board boats making wakes that are higher then these boats you are taking your life in your hands.
