We spent the next 2 days in Sangla Valley. I rested at the hotel most of the time as I was hit by AMS while Joel stepped out and explored few places by himself. We ended up spending Rs 605 per person for our food and accommodation

I live in this valley and people from lower down need to realize that they can't just quickly come up from the plains and zoom around here! You need to take the ascent more slowly and not be in so much of a rush!!!
