Watching this after an year and still getting behtreen info, consistent info after an year as well. Too good seriously....but confusion esi hai k chaiye plot he😛 kare kya insaan apne liye, boht mushkil se mood Banta hai ggn shift hone ka delhi se but fir esi video mil jaati or aankhe khul jaati h. Sir I agree what you just said, but my point is individual floors or plot can't be compared with affordable flats Car parking is not there Construction quality is ok-ok Plot is plot at the end

Please Faridabad plots ke baare mein sujhav den. Noida has very limited inventory and Gurgaon is expensive. If you ca. Share your thoughts on nehar par area plots of Faridabad and it's current and future connectivity prospects. I want to buy for end use.

1)-Sir in today’s perspective when affordable is touching 75-80 Lakhs then it is making sense now who have purchased DDJAY plot in 2021-2022 @ 78000k/sqyd 2)-Affordable we could have purchased max 1-2, DDJAY plots there is no limit. Does it make sense now?

Guruji, Now what is you view with respect to the DD plot's the rates have gone so high in 2024 and obviously they have the advantage of now constructing the 4 storey's Please share you views you think they are worth with the recent increase and shortage. People are demanding minimum 1.20L per sq yds upto 1.50L per sq yd You think there is more scope of increase in these. Please guide before people go wrong in the race.
