【Ingredients】 For 4 to 6 people
Brandy to wet the fruit
Seasonal fruits
(orange, lemon, apple, strawberry, other red berries, etc.,)
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
30g of beet sugar
Red wine and club soda depending on the number of guests
【Preparation】
・ Cut the fruit into pieces.
【Progress】
1.Mix the brandy, fruits, spices and beet sugar. Let stand overnight.
2. Add wine and soda before serving.
