This is why we need an Architect.... Since our India is not encouraging Architecture and Architect's to design a public space....... We have to start ourself like Sir Sanjay pori. Hope in future India will also have lots of conceptual buildings and sustainable structure..

Dear Mr Sanjay, Greetings, I developed a futuristic architectural design for Dubai for almost 12 years. I've never been able to discuss my architectural design with a trustworthy person or developer. I, therefore, purchased the rights for my architectural design. To make my concept a reality, I want to collaborate with the most incredible team headquartered in India or elsewhere worldwide. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that you will like this design and I am confident you haven't seen anything like it. I poured my heart and energy into creating this design. The late Ms Zaha Hadid, a visionary architect, was my mentor and helped me preserve my vision for my project and design. I'm still hoping for a response from any architecture team to come and join in this mega project. Regards
