Sanji is probably one of the most difficult strawhats to play. His character range is all over the place. For example, Zoro is mostly stoic, Luffy mostly enthusiastic/goofy, Ussop is mostly goofy. Nami and Sanji both aren’t as easy to pin down. That being said it’s East Blue so all their characters are much simpler. Edit: Actually, because it’s east blue Sanji is going to be mostly “cool guy”. East Blue Nami is probably the most difficult to play.

Anyone with any experience in combat sports will tell you you don't go all out at the beginning of an extended fight unless you're 100% sure you have enough power and most importantly the surprise factor to take out your opponent. No one anticipating an extended fight with a decent fighter goes all out at the start. You'll wear yourself out and would probably get taken out after you run outta steam

It's not that one piece is becoming worse it's just that there's a bit less of the happy Jolly vibes we used have before the timeskip. Meanwhile, the action, storyline and the overall turn of events have been getting better for a while. Either way, I do miss the times when the straw hat would just mess around on their way to alabasta and all that, it's just this have gotten a lot more serious recently and it's unavoidable cause luffy is closer to being pirate king than he ever was.

Im a firm believer of the theory that there is a 4th Haki around using natural energy to a create elemental attacks and moves like Minks Electro, Lunarians Fire, and Fish-Man Karate, Sanji who has AirWalk, BlueWalk, Diambe Jamble and he also showed an electricity attack in WCI against Charlotte Oven. Basically I think he’s gonna be the expert of this Haki of the crew. He can still have CoC if not just so Zoro and Sanji’s clashes have CoC would be hilarious but I think elemental attacks are going to be Sanji’s endgame. A channel called *Parvision* introduced me to this theory of the 4th Haki if you want a better explanation other than a rambling comment lmao.

sanji has the strongest ideals and willpower in the manga, he’s def getting CoC. there’s also parallels and foreshadowing pointing towards it. when rayleigh first used conquerors haki, sanji got a whole panel for himself, along with luffy and zoro. sanji comes from a bloodline who are considered “the conquerors of the north blue” sanji is the only character to have accidentally been a leader to marine soldiers (G5 in punk hazard) whenever luffy is gone, its either sanji or zoro who takes charge and becomes captain temporarily. when luffy used CoC in fishman island, sanji and zoro were the two strawhats to react and they got a panel dedicated to them. the 100th volume of one piece is called “Conqueror’s Haki” and on the cover is luffy, zoro, ace, yamato, and sanji. 4 of 5 of these are confirmed CoC users.

For those who do not know there is a small film that Taz skylar (Sanji's actor) directed and took part in. OMG he is a fantastic actor, he was able to switch between a enthusiastic and depressed person in seconds. also in this short film he spoke Spanish and was able to do other accents through the short. He’s an individual who constantly is put to stand above others once the first 2 crew members are gone. The G-5 puts him as their defacto leader and truly listen/acts on his wishes. Even yamato has it but it only make sense because he is kaido’s son. Whitebeard didn’t also dream of becoming anything. He just wants to sail the seas with his family freely. But he was known to be the strongest pirate. Sanji possesses many qualities that makes him a conqueror. He has a very strong will, he acts independently all the time, he sticks to his beliefs no matter how stupid it can be, even at the cost of his life and lastly, he is a royalty who came from a family of north blue conquerors. So i dont know why it wouldn’t make sense, I think people are against it because they dont like sanji being one of them coc users. It’s probably some hidden agenda for many people. Something that has always been at the core of CoC was not just having the qualities of a king but the disposition to stand above others. And Sanji has great will to stick to his code so hard that he's willing to risk his life and end it if he ever breaks it. That's uncompromising. And I'm not talking about the code of not hitting woman(though it's very important) but the code of chivalry. Putting his life first before others and being able to repay debts tenfold. That's what can depict him as a king and I can see him using CoC.

I am not claiming it is guaranteed but I think sanji has a legitimate argument to be a conqueror there hasn’t been the same level of forshadowing as zoro but sanji definitely has qualities of a king. 1. Sanji is clearly a natural born leader. His crewmates aside from luffy and zoro naturally band under him and Groups are drawn to him and make themselves subordinate to him even when he doesn’t want it.Examples: flying fish riders refer to him as master and the G-5 marines (pirates natural enemies) followed him around even when he didn’t want them to and directly followed his orders. The reason I think this is particularly important is because the only other characters in the story that have gained followers that they initially rejected have been conquerors. Oden with the scabbards, zoro with Jonny, yasuke, yasuie, luffy with the grand fleet etc. 2. He has on multiple occasions completely turned enemies to allys Ie: G-5, viola, pudding, kinemon. Mr.2, gin etc. and the latter was even completely ready to give up his life for sanji out of sheer respect. The ability to command loyalty completely based on the content of your character seems to be a quality that has closely been linked with conquerors in the story and has been most prominent with his captain luffy. 3. Sanji definitely has a ridiculous level of willpower. He has some of the most insane endurance feats to date in the series and is easily among the most stubborn characters one piece has. When his shadow was put in a zombie by moriah his zombie was completely insubordinate and was much stronger than the other zombies dispite its weak body due to sanji’s sheer willpower. He also has extremely powerful and unwavering sense of character as even the physical and psychological abuse he experienced from his family as a child could not change his innate personality or his values. 4. Sanji comes from a royal bloodline that literally once conquered the entire north blue. Several confirmed conquerors have some kind of connection to royal positions And now germa on top of that is a family of failed conquerors that lost their control. Judge designed his kids to be the perfect vessels to conquer and he considered sanji a failure because of his personality. It would be the perfect irony and very oda like story telling to make it clear that sanji was the true conqueror all along due to the characteristics that his family considered him a failure for. S. The whole character arc with him not accepting his name and the raidsuit will probably end with some sort of concrete payoff in the form of a new ability. It would make sense if it were conquerors haki. Oda specifically had sanji compliment momo on the way he claimed his name and oda it definitely seems that oda has plans for sanji concerning accepting his heritage. 5. Sanji is definitely going to be a top tier fighter at the end of the series. Conquerors often reach positions of higher status or regard and we now know that he will eventually be widely regarded as one of the wings of the pirate king. Strength is also a factor No matter what anybody says that is clearly a title of stature (one he will share with the worlds greatest swordsman) that is largely strength based. You can claim that the dynamic between zoro and sanji is just a character thing but you cannot claim the same for the monster trio as a group. The three of them have almost always entirely been grouped together when there is combat involved or to highlight their relative strength. Zoro and sanji being luffy’s wings mean that sanji will have to have the ability to fight with the strongest on the seas. He will probably need conquerors to do that and would be much easier to write if he had it now that we know how it works. My last points are addressing certain reasons why some people think it is impossible. One I hear often is that conquerors need to have the drive to reach the top of the world or have strength or status based goals but this is clearly not true and there are several counter examples for this. While both whitebeard and Raleigh reached the top of the world whitebeards dream was to have a family and Raleigh did not seem to have any ambitious goals he seemed to be very laid back from his introduction enjoying a good time and flirting with young ladies. Katakuri and boa Hancock both are not currently not at the top of the world and don’t seem to have any drive to be. Boa is also a “simp” for luffy which is clearly a gag so I don’t think that is a strong argument against sanji The next point I hear against it is the fact that it would make conquerors haki less special if more members of the crew have it but I think that is a fairly weak point as well. We know Rogers crew had a minimum of four members with the potential to be king at once and don chinjao clearly said that when you get to the stronger parts of the world there are countless souls with the quality of king and the pirate king should stand above them. Honestly that’s even more reason for the top members of luffy’s crew to have it in my opinion. In conclusion sanji might not have it. But i think it’s very possible.

When you were talking about kinds of flames it made me realize Sabo could potentially use hotter fire than Ace. The people that are considered vice captain that I have seen are zoro, nami or sanji and I can fully understand why and they all show different type of vice captain responsibilities. Zoro what do I need to say ? He’s the first one to join, he’s the main main fighter of the crew he stands by luffy’s side in battle (all of them would do it yes but we see zoro and luffy team up more then any other luffy and another strawhat team up) Nami literally is the one that takes care of the boat she has control over almost everything on the boat and is even seen bossing luffy around at times (I know it’s a gag but still) Sanji is the one that is always taking care of the crew, he’s the one that’s almost always saves them from tough situations, boost there moral when they need it and just keeps them in check. Just because you have Conquerors Haki, it doesn't mean you want to be king or have to be one. You have the capabilities of becoming one but it doesn't mean you will become one. I don't think Yamato will join the Straw Hats but will lead the Beast Pirates. Mononosuke will also develop Conquerors Haki in order to lead Wano. Sanji might develop Conquerors but not sure.

It's doesn't make sense to me that Luffy, Zoro, and Yamato (assuming she joins) have Conqueror's and Sanji doesn't, especially with Sanji being Luffy's left hand and one of his wings. Plus when you look what we do know about the people who possess Conqueror's, in terms of them being noble or having noteworthy lineages, Sanji fits the bill. One thing I think a lot of people are forgetting or not noticing is Sanji's ability to attract people to his side. We know Luffy has this ofc, but after Luffy, the next person in the crew I see having this ability is Sanji. • Sanji with Gin • Sanji with the G5 Navy in Punk Hazard (He was basically leading the whole G5 Navy.) • Sanji with Violet in Dressrosa • Sanji with Pudding in WCI • (You can even point out Sanji with Kinemon in Punk Hazard, because it's Sanji's kindness and actions that initiated Kinemon to trust the SH crew and ask for help from them.) In all of these instances it has been Sanji's pure kindness that has attracted people to his side, and this has ultimately helped the crew in these instances. Even Luffy attracts people by his kind and goofy nature. We know this ability is something said to be in people that are born to lead in the OP world. To me, this ability of Sanji is the main reason I think Oda might make Sanji get COC as well.

When it comes to accents, I believe leaning into them is a great idea. The world isn’t the US why is there a need to force everyone to have an American accent? The world of One Piece is a unique world, the original is in Japanese so who said that in a live action they have to sound American just because it’s a Hollywood adaptation? The diversity of accents will reflect on the One Piece world. So the accents comments always irked me because people (only heard that from Americans so far) just want them to sound American 🤨 Also One Piece has fans from all around the world, there is a bigger fan base outside the US. All in all just have been annoyed by some people complaining about the accents as if one accent only exists in this world. In the end I love the cast! They fit the 5 straw hats so well. Luffy has the most powerful Conquerers Waves and he now has Conquerers Coating, Zoro has had Conquerers Coating with Asura, and I think Sanji has Big Mom and Kaido's impenetrable skin which will be a form of Conquerers Haki. It's already been basically proven on WCI, and giving Sanji primarily defence is the perfect way to compliment his abilities and also throw us for a total 180. The final thing to seal the deal is that people say Sanji can't have Conquerers because he's not intimidating, but when Big Mom used the Conquerers Wave she lost her impenetrability, so if Sanji has the same thing, that would explain why we haven't seen any intimidation moments from him

It was already pretty contrived that Zoro gained the supposedly super rare “one in a million” ability that Luffy already has. I feel at this point It would be much too contrived and stupid for any other Strawhat to get it as well. Atleast for Luffy and Zoro their goals of “Pirate King” and “Number 1 Swordsman” are titles more rare than the ability of Conquerors haki itself. They require combat strength to conquer others. Sanji’s dream of finding the ‘All Blue’ really isn’t narratively helped by obtaining conquerors haki the same way theirs is. It’s fine if the Pirate King’s personal chef lacks the ability to will people unconscious.

I personally do not want Sanji to get conq because of a few things. 1st as far as we are concerned the 2nd commanders usually do not seem to have conquerors haki. Not saying that disqualifies him however from what we have seen it’s usually the captain and possibly the vice captain. 2nd Sanji isn’t exactly a conqueror. Obviously he’s from the germs but his actual goal doesn’t involve competition. Zoro has the fights for greatest swordsman. Luffy wants or be pirate king but Sanji wants to find the all blue, he wants to be a good cook. Like I don’t see why he would get it from that. And this isn’t me being a zoro stan- Sanji is my second favorite character behind Brook. But he’s also getting many power ups this arc. Starting with the raid suit, and currently in manga (spoiler ahead) the germa experimentations, not to mention the fight with queen is going to reveal a lot about judge snd maybe mads. So I hope Sanji does not get conquers. Plus the other thing is if Yamato does join the crew, 4 out of the 11 on the crew have conq and that’s over a 3rd of the crew. But that’s just my opinion and I’m open to other opinions lmao

Conquerors Haki is definitely a trait that is developed from both a physical and mental requirement of intense will towards a goal, that often can not be achieved in any other way than complete unwavering dedication. Roger, the Yonko, Kid and Luffy want to be Pirate King or carry on that will. Doflamingo planned to plunge the world into despair, Katakuri had no other option but to protect his family. Zoro has to become the World’s Greatest Swordsman. Sanji’s goals are to simply support Luffy and the Strawhats and finding the All Blue doesn’t require a strong will, but merely dedication.

It’s very integral to her position as a Warlord to protect the island, her sisters and the Amazonian. Katakuri’s duty is to never be defeated to ensure his siblings never have to suffer like Brûlée did. He’s considered the ultimate big brother and as such it’s his entire purpose to protect them. I’ll admit Don Chinjao is a bit of a stretch, but his goal and pride of his massive reserves of wealth as well as revenge on Garp, which he definitely zeroed in on is probably where said CoC comes from.

I believe what happened was that sanji was invisible and because he was in deep thoughts he didnt see the girl and hit her as he was running towards her .His body now is very tough and that explains why she was bleeding that much , also after hiting her sanji maybe was visible again and thats why she was terrified .Also at the chapther Oda made sure to show the CP0 guy moving so fast like he disappeared but in the case of sanji at the end of the chapter there was no trace no fwt so that we the readers separate that and understand that he disappeared and not cause he was movin very fast . sorry for my english!

I could literally type pages of evidence out for you, but basically the connections to Big Mom since that's Sanji's arc proves that he will have this type. Sanji's a dude who never backs down on his morals even if it kills him, so he has CoC for sure. He's also clearly been shown to be impenetrable and have his body snap back into place to continue fighting. Both of those traits have been shown by Big Mom and Kaido. Big Mom has impenetrable skin that goes away when she unleashes her Conquerers Haki, and Kaido has the same thing and it seems to stop bleeding wounds no matter how deep they are. Both those correlate to Sanji's current situation. Oda would totally throw us for this loop

That's what made the Big Mom and Kiado clash so epic. They can hang with each other without holding back. So Law and Kidd vs Big Mom / Luffy vs Kiado..
