While I love the Wano arc, I believe these less high stakes and more laid back episodes are what most OP fans truly look back on with love. Hearing the music and thinking back on watching these episodes late at night after school made me tear up, thank you for making these!

Yeh most arcs after new world have been way to rushed, I would love more laid back but lets hope in the future :)

They used to add more chill episodes after the conclusion of the arc when they were on their way to their next adventure. Still do it but we need more! I truly relate to you, the music was so nostalgic, it reminded me of my childhood when I used to go on my mom's computer and watch One Piece late into the night, truly beautiful times worth more than gold. Cherished memories!

laidback?!?! this filler is one of the most thrilling filler
@OkesTreeProductions Жыл бұрын
@@AttackonCuisineI agree they are rushed and the story suffers from it. But that's only because oda has gotten better at expanding his world while running out of time to tell it. It's impossible to continue to do everything the way everyone wants, so I feel at this point oda is trying to focus on things more important to the main narrative so he has a chance of wrapping the story up the way he feels is right. One piece is such a large epic at this point, that I've accepted it will be completely different at times and that it's impact is honestly larger than just some comic book or cartoon for entertainment.
@valentinedeer2142 жыл бұрын
I love that episode. It was basically: - Quick, we need a plotline for a filler episode so Oda-sensei can write more material at ease! Sato-san, what are you writing right now?! - Oh, uh, nothing. I'm just writing down a recipe for some curry I'm making later toni- - PERFECT! Put it in the script! - ... What?

I really appreciate when the hosts of home cooking channels point out things they could have done better and how that might improve the dish, because making that assessment when tasting a finished product is the only way to adapt and become a better cook instead of just following recipes verbatim, which can have vastly different results based on a variety of factors such as ingredient quality, slight variations in temperature and timing, and even altitude and atmospheric pressure. I love George Motz and his Burger Scholar series on the First We Feast channel, but one thing that bugs me a bit about it is that he just seems to always love the burgers he cooks just as they are and all equally. It's like watching every reaction from Food Wars, but with him burning his tongue most of the time.

i saw the risotto video first and tried it. then i explored your channel and found this video. im a one piece fan myself but i only got curious about this curry dish now. so i tried cooking it last sunday. though i added some variations myself: saute the potatoes and carrots before boiling, adding lil bit of coffee, and mashed the boiled tomatoes. then i use pressure cooker for the beef bones, since we dont have oven. i also took your advice to stir fry the meat. so thanks for that. the grated apples are the ones who sold this curry. it was troublesome to make, but the taste is so worth it. i subscribed! thank you for this video and hoping for more recipes!

@@AttackonCuisine hmm i think adding the grinded coffee beans gives it a lil bit of tweak. it got a slightly bitter nutty flavor that compliments garam masala, beef and tomatoes, and tone down the “spicy” taste. i tried separating some soup for experimentation and added a little bit of coffee. it tasted good for me. so i continued adding it to the rest of the dish. i watched your oden video. im thinking i’ll make one when i got the time at the end of the month. thank you for making these tutorials. 👍

@@SilverFang2789 Hmmm I would say about 10-15 mins on low? Best thing to do is after 10 min take a piece out and taste it and if you think it's underdone let it cook for longer and otherwise take it out (this is if you use ribeye tho) if use a different piece I would suggest longer

Is the meat not cooked? Just marinated meat goes in and then it’s done?

It is cooked, my bad I should have specified that I let the meat cook for around 15 minutes in the boiling curry :)
