I use to be so excited about 'The Dazz Band' our local singing group from Cleveland, but when the internal problems started happening with the group and then we started seeing the original group members deplenish from the group. it was very sad to see the group disband. now we see two original members, Skip Martin & Bobby Harris, on stage united for the summer concerts, but it just don't seem the same, the excitement is gone. the three to four lead guys in front steppin' with the choreography all together along with the two keyboardist the Caucasian guy and the brother on keyboards, the bass player and Issac Wiley the original drummer on drums. Now that was the 'Dazz Band'

I agree...some years ago l played with an up and coming band. Initially we gelled because we were struggling to make it, and our music was the cohesive bond but when we were in negotiations with a few companies, attitudes began to change. Petty disagreements, conceit, arrogance... It broke us up. All l have left are some of the masters and good memories... As with the Dazz Band, hold on to the memories they have given you through their music and be grateful that they are and were a part of your life... Peace to you ---

I don't know if Pierre DeMudd is in this performance, but here's a little story. he and i were flight attendants based in newark nj. in the 80's, he won flight attendant of the month, and other flight attendants were congratulating me. and I would say," No it's not me it's the other Pierre that plays with the DAZZ BAND". Hello Pierre, this is the other Pierre. I'm still flying out of EWR 31yrs.
