Another stunning bow. Such a shame bowyers are not taking notice about your advice with the sanding on nocking points. its such a quick fix too. I personally burnish them after sanding using a very hard wood. this rounds them off perfectly and eliminates all sharp edges. Blessings from England and keep the content coming

I love that slow-mo with music, especially with that reflection in window behind. Shift from strictly technical reviews to more inspirational/artistic side is good choice in my opinion.

the Parthian shot... i forget the guys name just now but it was very good advice. a fella once told i that it is a good idea to start a session throwing arrows with the Parthian shot to provide a measure of where our technique is at for overcoming the paradox the traditional medieval way. sure enough i gave his advice a try and it works. so when i practice i usually throw arrows in sets of six, the first three i throw Parthian and usually go up to around twenty four sets. i no longer use a glove as practicing this way has pretty much eliminated the instances of the fletchings scraping i knuckle on release. i still use a brace sometimes but only when throwing with the ottoman bow when sometimes i still get string slap against i forearm with the shorter brace height on the Turkish bows. never happens when i throw with the Mongolian or Indo Persian bows which is how i figure it's the brace height i am learning to overcome. practice makes perfect and sure enough it happens less and less so i am getting there. interestingly however it doesn't happen when i throw Parthian on a Turkish bow!

If I could muster the cabbage, I'd certainly buy this in 50Lbs. I also appreciate any bowyer that includes ample information with the bow. A beauty! PS: That's a lovely range setup. I could spend many many full days there.

Hi, recently you made a video review of a bow having "scroll" knock tips. I have not been able to locate this video. Please send a reference to it. I hope the new situation works out. Your videos are looking good.

This bow looks fun and smooth. The handle looks a bit thin for me could probably add some leather to fit the swell of my hand.

Hello Please ask if they could send the Zagros for your testing and review. I would like to find something to replace the good old AF crab bow I broke a few years back. And their bow seem to fit that perfectly.

Armin.. what's the ideal arrow pass thickness for you? any cons if the arrow pass is too narrow besides reduced structural strength?

That's a beauty, but my AF Tatar (plain but a great performer, I think the carbon core helps especially with torque) will be good for me. Currently my favourite Asiatic bow.
