Looks like the perfect knife for carry in the city 😎👌 I would like a sandblast or black pocketClip l, but that feature is really versatile and Cool.

@nerv5th ... Continuing our discussion here... That SRM is surprisingly nice knife! What an innovative pocket clip. Seems there is a lot of innovations coming in from the East or being made mainstream. Never had a SRM but certain regions have a dislike for country of origin, citing quality. IIRC SRM make Ruike. I have 5 or 6 Ruikes and only the one demo model I bought had an issue, a slightly bent blade. Suspect shop staff were messing about with the demo. Supplier replaced anyways. Manufacturing neighbours Taiwan however have some questionable quality on my favourite brand, Cold Steel. My Code 4 had about a 17deg grind on one side and a 30deg grind on the other! The hollow grind at the sharpening wasn't aligned in each side. Thankfully the blade steel is still proper. None of my Ruikes/Kershaw's have any issue. They are literally perfectly constructed.

I follow a lot of Chinese brands through the years and so I must agree with you the quality and innovation are improving. SANRENMU if one of those OEM manufacturers that did produce knives for a long time they also do produce knives under there own brand but in the past years did release only a few new models probably because they do produce knives for other brands this is the same with companies like WE, Reate, Bestech but those are more on the premium side of the market on the other side you have companies like Kizer and Ganzo both of them do cover a portion of the knife market and try to branch out but they have problems because they are still considered as a budget value offering not that is bad. Ganzo looks like they would like to make more original designs and did start a few collaboration this also raised the pricing and looks they did lose momentum back 2 years ago they did release a new design every couple of weeks so who knows what did happen to them maybe they did go the OEM route.

Nice review. Perhaps a comparison with Brother should have been more helpfull since both are in the same price category, althoug one is vg10.
