I remember when i joined the Undertale Corner in Pony Town and it was full to the brim with AU characters. Reapertale and Underfell are both hardcore metal, Chesstale is extremely fancy, Flowerfell is the piano version of Megalovania Dancetale is now one of my favourites, Gastertale is just Dark, Darker Yet Darker And Littletale is the somehow happier version of Megalovania. I can't think of anything for the others yet. Don't judge.
